



Hamish Haynes is an engagement specialist who has spent over 20 years in the IT, manufacturing and TV media industries working on employee engagement, change management, and brand marketing programmes.

Recent projects include work with Transport for London where he designed the Surface Transport engagement strategy for their staff, developed & implemented the communications for their re-location programme and the organisational change programmes for Congestion Charging, Dial a Ride and East Thames Buses. Other recent clients include AXA, BT, BP and The Big Lottery Fund.
Prior to setting up Haynes Communications LLP, Hamish was the Group Head of Internal Communications for British Sky Broadcasting, where he established the first Sky Forum, an elected group of staff representatives from all areas of the business.
As Marketing Director for Compaq Computer Ltd he was responsible for guiding staff through the largest merger in IT history, the setting up of staff communications channels, hosting world-wide sales conferences for 7,000 delegates and launching the international new brand.
Hamish is a part time lecturer on internal communications .
